- All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel and adjust orders after they are placed.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

Shipment Processing Time
All products are processed within 5-7 business days from the receipt of purchase. The order usually takes between 7-10 business days to be delivered, depending on your location.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment can be delayed an addition 3-5 business days; however, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
