• If the product received is deemed defective or incorrect, your order is eligible for a return or exchange. Please send us an email at shopgomillion@gmail.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

• All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel and adjust orders after they are placed. 
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.
• Orders are shipped via USPS. 
• Gomillion is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. In the event an order is lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, we recommend contacting your local post office.
• If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 
• Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. 

Shipment Processing Time

All products are processed within 5-7 business days from the receipt of purchase. The order usually takes between 7-10 business days to be delivered, depending on your location. 

When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment can be delayed an addition 3-5 business days; however, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

ALSO, IF PURCHASING A PRE-ORDER ITEM PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE TIMING TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. ALL PRE-ORDER ITEMS HAVE A DATE WHEN SHIPMENT WILL BEGIN! ALWAYS READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TO ENSURE YOU AGREE TO THE DATE EACH PRE-ORDER ITEM WILL BE SENT.
